1. Enrolment and Payment
Information on how to enrol in classes, the deadline for enrolment, and the payment process.
To enrol in a class at ITI Academy, parents must complete the online registration form on behalf of their child and submit payment.
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration and will be charged on a monthly basis.
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and enrolment is not guaranteed until payment is received.
If a class is full, students will be placed on a waiting list.
If a student needs to withdraw from a class, parents must notify the school in writing at least two weeks before the next payment is due to receive a refund for the remaining classes. otherwise no refund will be given.
Please note that for children under 15 years old, parents are responsible for completing the registration process and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the school.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Information on the conditions under which refunds will be given, such as if a class is cancelled by the school or if the student withdraws before the class starts.
In case of cancellation by ITI Academy, a full refund will be issued.
If a student needs to withdraw from a class, parents must notify the school in writing (email or text message) at least two weeks before the next payment is due to receive a refund for the remaining classes.
Refunds will not be given once the class has started. In case of any illness or accident, we will issue a credit note that can be used for future classes.
Any additional costs such as bank transfer fee will be covered by the student (student parents).
3. Attendance Policy
Information on the attendance policy, including the consequences for excessive absences or tardiness.
Regular attendance is essential for students to fully benefit from the classes offered at ITI Academy.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. In case of absence, parents must notify the school in advance.
Students who miss more than 20% of the classes will not be able to progress to the next level and will have to retake the course.
4. Code of Conduct
Information on the expected behaviour of students and parents, including a statement on the school's commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
ITI Academy is committed to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
We expect all students, parents and staff to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, professional and appropriate.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Any student or parent who violates the Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or expulsion from the school.
5. Liability and Insurance
Information on the school's liability and insurance coverage, including any limits on the school's liability.
ITI Academy takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety of students while they are on the school premises or participating in school-related activities.
However, students and their parents are required to understand that the school cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during classes or other activities.
Students and parents are encouraged to have their own personal insurance to cover any accidents or injuries. The school carries liability insurance, but it does not cover students' personal belongings.
6. Privacy Policy

ITI Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of all students and their families.
We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws.
The personal information that we collect includes name, contact details, emergency contact information and medical information.
We use this information to provide education services and to communicate with students and their families.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide you with the services you request or as required by law. We may share non-personal, aggregated information about the use of our website with third parties for statistical and research purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
Information on the school's policy on the use and distribution of class materials and the ownership of students' work.
All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, presentations, and assignments, are the property of ITI Academy and are protected by copyright laws.
Students are permitted to use the materials only for their own personal use and may not distribute or share the materials with others without the written consent of ITI Academy.
Any work completed by students during the course of their studies at ITI Academy remains the property of the student, but the school reserves the right to use the work for promotional and educational purposes.
